liberation

    My groups area of study and focus is fear of police.fear of police is defined as people being scared of the police because they think that police have more power and they will get hurt by the police because of their race. Oppressors are the police having prescriptions of all color except for white people,and the police being raised a lot.and harming people for no reason and getting away with it. People who committed a crime does not want the to caught  them because they think police will abused them or even kill them because they're a different race and by this they cause people to fear police.and this can be a barrier to people.I feel mad,sad,scared,and even shocking mad because you think how could police do this to us. and this is also causes police to abuse of their own power.but i also reacted in Oscar grants death because he did nothing wrong he followed all orders and they still shot him.never knew that police could have gone that far.

   one connection i have is once when i was walking home with my cousins a police stopped us ans asked us if we were skipping school?but we didn't so we kept walking because we thought we were going to get in trouble.another connection i have is when a black man was walking at night to his house and the police stopped him and said "what are you doing in a peaceful neighborhood?are you trying to rob a house or something?"so that meant that the police had a prescription about the man because he was black.and in my last connection in a movie i watched it and it was about a a girl named Salma and she wanted to be involved in the segregation march so when she went, the police were beating them and were treating them like animals.

hey ppl the name is alberto and i have alot of things i would like to do in my life one like sky diving, ice skating and bungi jumping. my birthday is july/10/97 and i was born in L.A but raised here in Oakland california.i attend urban promise academy and im in the 8th grade and hope next year theyll accept me in alameda high school. so yea this is what i really want to do in life.

action

   To liberate our selfs  form  police brutality our community needs to fight for equal rights and never back down from racist police and police brutality. if they want to liberate everyone they should also protest,and should give their opinion about why people fear police and when everyone hears each others opinion we will have a lot of support from the whole community. also we can form groups  to liberate our selfs from these problems. our community will be joyful if we have what we want if we liberate our selfs from police brutality,racist police,and abuses of police.but we must fight and face our fear.so also to liberate our selfs we need to ignore all of the prescriptions to get where we want to be so our community can be safe.and we wont fear police brutality,racist police,and abuses of police.

when I have freedom I don't have to experience hunger and pain.
when I have freedom I laugh and I play.
when I have freedom I don't have to hide and suffer from terrible  racist pain.
when I have freedom I`m liberated from oppression.
when  I have freedom I can choose and there`s no more abuse.
when I have freedom I can pray so all this racist pain to go away.
when I have freedom I'm as free  as flowers In the summer breeze.   
I have to believe to receive freedom
freedom Is all I want!
